November 20, 2013  Launch of Our New DHL AIR URGENT Service Dear Customer,     DHL Global Forwarding (DGF) is excited to announce the launch of its international hand carry service called DHL AIR URGENT. This service has been created for urgent orders in which transportation requirements cannot be met through conventional air freight services due to capacity, security and/or time constraints. The new DHL AIR URGENT service* is a premium service with a two-hour turnaround quoting process,  24*7 customer service and support, First Flight Out and Best Routing Solutions with Risk Management Analysis, real time shipment updates, and proactive shipment management.   With DGF's access to a wide range of commercial flights and routes, customers will have the shortest lead times. For optimal security, shipments are hand carried by a DHL courier.
