New DHL Global Forwarding Website Available, Fuel Surcharge Update

November 14, 2013  New DHL Global Forwarding Website Has Been Launched! Dear Customer,  I would like to inform you that effective November 12, 2013, the old DHL Global Forwarding (www.dhl-dgf.com) website will no longer be functional and the DHL U.S. website (www.dhl-usa.com) will be integrated into the DHL corporate website. The updated website will provide the same functions you had access to on the old U.S. site, along with many new and updated features. A more user-friendly structure, background information on both DHL Global Forwarding and the whole group will be available, as well as any new information related to products and services. As part of the DHL corporate website, you can download various collateral material, flyers, brochures, white papers, and DHL sponsored studies via teasers and banners. Be aware that as of the go live date, the old website will be terminated and all visitors will be redirected to the new website (www.dhl-usa.com). Hopefully our new user friendly arrangement and extended content will help make your logistics activities easier. If you have any questions please contact your sales representative. --------------------------------- Useful notes: How can I track my shipment? On the new website, the tracking option is available in several locations. One option is to use the Tracking Application Logistics field on the main site or you could also track your shipment at the Customer Resource Area following the Freight Tracking and Application section.  If you are already registered for our free DHL Interactive service,  you can make e-bookings, track your shipments and generate reports, by using this option. If you haven't registered for our DHL Interactive service yet, you are able to track your shipment based on a shipment identification number – eg. Houseairway Bill. To register for DHL Interactive, please reach out your sales representative. How can I get a quote? Please visit our Logistics page and select the service you are seeking for your medium and heavy-weight cargo. If you fill out our contact form, one of our colleagues will get back to you within 24 hours.
