I'm Mrs. Zarah Al-Kamil. My late husband was Major General in Syrian Army and director in charge of purchase and maintenance of Syrian General Intelligence Directorate. My husband was assassinated by the Russian Forces in October 2012 because he was never in support of the war and President Bashar al-Assad locked up my son in the prison Jail because he spoke to Al Jazeera journalist. I need help regarding ($19.3M, nineteen million three hundred thousand American dollar) my husband deposited in security offshore outside Syria.
My hope is to move the money from the security offshore and invest the money in any good investment in your country that you can recommend and assist with your connections.
