China's ports maintain growth
Despite clear signs of an economic slowdown, China's container ports saw throughput rise to 84.59M TEU in the first six months of this year, up 8.8% over the same period of 2011. Coastal ports handled 75.64M TEU in the period, up 8.7% year-onyear, while river ports handled 8.94M TEU, up 9.5%....
