UK low-cost airline easyJet has firmed up a major order for 135 A320 medium-haul, single-aisle aircraft from Airbus, concluding an initial agreement that was announced in June, Airbus said, reported Dow Jones Newswires.

Dock workers at Brazil's key shipping port of Santos, the largest in South America, stopped a strike over port reform early on Wednesday but plan to walk off the job again on today in support of a broader union protest, reported Reuters.
